How to make graduation photo frames
Pick a graduation template, add the year and your institution's name, offer roles such as Graduate and Parent, and put the QR code up at the venue so families can make their frame while they wait.
Choose the wording
The year and the institution do most of the work: "Class of 2026" and the university or school name. Add the degree or faculty in the footer if it fits.
Pick or upload a design
Start from the graduation templates or upload artwork from your design team as a transparent PNG. If your institution has brand colours, use them for the frame and a contrasting accent for the text.
Add roles for the ceremony
Event campaigns can offer roles that print next to each name, such as Graduate, Parent, Faculty or Alumni. Families like having a frame of their own.
Share it at the venue
- Print the QR poster for the entrance and seating areas.
- Put the link in the ceremony programme and the confirmation email.
- Show the live wall on a screen as frames are published.
