How to create a free photo frame online
Open Framezi's campaign creator, start from a template or upload a transparent PNG, publish, and share the link. Anyone who opens it can put their photo in your frame and download it free, without a watermark.
What you need
- A phone or computer with a modern browser.
- A free Framezi creator account, made while you publish.
- Optional: your own frame artwork as a PNG with a transparent area for the photo.
Step by step
- Go to Start a free campaign and choose a frame. You can start from a template, describe a design and let the AI suggest one, or upload your own PNG.
- If you use a template, change the headline, footer and colours. Short words read best on small profile pictures.
- Give your frame a title and a one-line description, so people know what it is for.
- Publish. You get a page on framezi.app, a short link and a QR code.
- Share the link. People open it, add a photo, drag and zoom it into place and download the result.
Making your own frame artwork
Any design tool works, including Canva, Figma and Photoshop. Export a square PNG and leave the area where the photo should show through fully transparent. Framezi finds that opening automatically when you upload it.
Keep important text away from the very edges and corners: many apps show profile pictures as circles and will cut them off.
