Using Framezi

Framezi is an Infonits product for creating personalised event photo frames. Use the service lawfully and follow the campaign organiser’s participation rules. Provide accurate registration details and upload only photographs you have permission to use.

Your photographs

Your photographs are processed in your browser. You retain your rights in your photographs. You control whether to download or share a generated image and are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission from the people depicted.

Campaign content

Campaign organisers are responsible for their artwork, branding, event information, registration practices, and permissions. A sample campaign does not imply endorsement by the organisation named. The University of Jaffna demo uses placeholder designs and no official university logo.

Creator accounts may publish campaign frames and thumbnails. You must own or have permission to publish every uploaded design, logo, image, and message.

Free account limit

Each registered creator may create up to 3 campaigns on the free plan. Every campaign created counts, including drafts, and deleting or archiving a campaign does not restore the allowance. You may not open duplicate accounts to avoid this limit. Framezi may reject additional campaigns until the account becomes eligible for a different plan.

Availability

Features such as sharing, image decoding, and face centring depend on your browser. Campaigns may be changed, ended, or removed by their organiser. Keep your downloaded files if you wish to retain them; Framezi does not keep a server copy of the original photo you edit. A finished frame is stored only if you choose Post.

Responsible use

Do not submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, infringing, privacy-invasive or otherwise harmful content. Do not impersonate another person, target or harass members of the public, encourage violence, attempt to access private records, or manipulate participation counts. Organisers should collect only the information they need and protect exported participant lists.

Special campaign rules

Political and election campaigns must identify the real organiser and comply with applicable election law. Fundraising campaigns must state their purpose and organizer; campaigns promising investment returns are not allowed. Campaigns using the name of a government, police, health or emergency body may be held for verification before appearing in Explore.

Community walls

Names, messages, replies, reactions, and optional attached finished frames submitted to a community wall are public. Do not post personal contact details, links, advertising, confidential information, or content you do not have permission to publish. You may edit or delete your own message from the same browser during the period offered by the service.

Campaign organisers moderate their own community walls and may approve, hide, pin, export, or remove content and block a device from further posting. Framezi may automatically hold or hide content for safety and abuse prevention. Reporting a message is for genuine safety or policy concerns and must not be used to silence lawful participation.

Framezi may unpublish or remove content that violates these terms or creates a safety, legal or public-harm risk. We may suspend or ban the responsible creator profile, including without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary. Contact support to request a review if you believe enforcement was made in error.

Privacy and questions

Read the Privacy Policy before participating. Contact the campaign organiser about event-specific questions or email support@framezi.app for questions about Framezi, or use WhatsApp +94 70 589 7253. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
