How to create a photo frame campaign

A photo frame campaign is one shareable page where supporters add their photo to your frame and post it. Decide the goal and dates, design the frame, publish on Framezi, then share the link and QR code where your community already talks.

1. Decide what the campaign is for

Write one sentence that says why someone should change their picture: "I'm running for the children's ward" or "Proud to graduate, Class of 2026". That sentence becomes your frame headline and your campaign description.

2. Design the frame

Start from a template or upload your own PNG. A campaign can hold up to 3 frame designs, so you can offer a version for supporters and another for volunteers, for example.

3. Set the details

  • Start and end dates. Before the start, the page shows a countdown.
  • Whether to ask for a name and print it on the frame.
  • Roles such as Speaker or Volunteer for events.
  • A share caption and hashtag that are added when supporters share.
  • An optional next-step button, such as Donate or Register, that links to your own page.

4. Launch and share

Publish, then share the short link in your groups, newsletter and social posts. Download the QR poster for notice boards and venue screens. The WhatsApp promotion guide has message ideas.

5. Follow the results

Your dashboard shows visits, frames made, downloads and shares. Supporters can also choose to publish their frame and a short message to the campaign's wall, which you moderate.
